EMT System – Gaseous or Liquid

Safecraft, an international manufacturer of aircraft and motorsports fire suppression systems, has developed a multifaceted vehicle fire suppression system based on our aircraft systems.

Basic system designation: EMT 100 L (Liquid)
EMT G (Gaseous)

EMT- is the designation for the total capabilities within this new system: Electrical, Mechanical-Thermal.

These three functions facilitate a broad spectrum system that is well suited for all vehicle applications such as: refuse, yellow iron, bus, truck, off-road, and industrial applications such as: chippers and grinders.

This system incorporates the finest suppression agents for either gaseous or liquid suppression.

The EMT valve has all the capabilities designed into the main body along with integrated components. In addition to having been CNC-ported, polished, and machined for utmost flow, the EMT valve has larger than normal suppression  exiting ports, easy air/gas port for onsite cylinder replacement refilling, and state-of-the-art activation for optional thermal, pneumatic, manual, and electrical options. In the case of liquid suppression, the cylinder can be exchanged at the site without returning it to dealer. EMT facilitates operational pressures at 125-175 PSI, which provides a faster suppression fluid exit time and better control of multiple spray nozzles.

System meets the safety requirements of: NFPA 18, 18A, SFI, along with many other safety document requirements.
